Dr Mahesh Bhure
Director & Head R&D
Dr. Mahesh Bhure is an organic chemist with over 15 years of experience in chemical research, process development, and custom synthesis. He holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from CSIR–NCL, Pune, where he contributed to advanced synthetic and medicinal chemistry projects. Before founding Fortune India Bellwether Laboratories in 2015, he worked in R&D roles at NCL and the Aditya Birla Group. He now leads technology development, custom synthesis, and consultancy services for chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Dr. Bhure focuses on delivering practical, scalable, and cost-effective chemical solutions for industry. His work emphasizes innovation, quality, and strong scientific problem-solving to support clients across pharma, specialty chemicals, and R&D-driven sectors.
Dr Ganesh Jogdand
Sr. Scientist, R&D
Dr. Ganesh Jogdand is an accomplished chemist and educator with over two decades of experience in organic chemistry research and higher secondary education. He holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Pune, with doctoral research conducted at the Central NMR Facility, CSIR–National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune. His research focused on the synthesis and NMR studies of five-membered triazoles and their hybrid systems. Dr. Jogdand focuses on delivering scalable, and cost-effective chemical solutions for industry.Dr. Jogdand is known for his strong analytical approach, deep expertise in organic synthesis, and proficiency in advanced NMR techniques. His ability to translate complex chemical concepts into practical research outcomes has contributed significantly to his scientific work and collaborations.

Head, Operations
Smita Lahorkar is an experienced operations professional with over a decade of hands-on expertise in managing organizational processes, administrative systems, and people operations. She plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. With a strong background in administration, HR coordination, and institutional operations, Smita brings structure, efficiency, and compliance to complex operational environments. She has successfully handled operational planning, vendor coordination, documentation, team support, and process optimization across academic and corporate settings. Known for her detail-oriented approach and problem-solving mindset, she works closely cross-functional teams to streamline operations, improve turnaround times, and maintain high standards of execution.
